About the journal
The Journal of Clinical AI Implementation (JCAII) publishes rigorous research on what happens after an AI system leaves the lab: how it is introduced into clinical workflows, evaluated in the conditions where care happens, and governed over its lifetime.
We are a European-led, international, gold open-access journal. Every article is peer reviewed and free to read under a CC BY 4.0 licence from the day it is published.
